How did you start?
We're a family-run business since 1928 selling mainly clothing.
We have 5 stores and one transactional website. Retail is the main part of our business but online activity is growing fast. We operate across the 5 locations and a head office in the United Kingdom.
What were your goals?
What are your marketing challenges?
Big focus on the drive-to-store strategy. We are very good at retention so we now want to go forward with Acquisition. Thus we need to know which channel is performing and which one is not!
What were your needs?
We wanted to track the CAC, and ROAS of each Acquisition channel. As we are doing a lot of direct marketing, the integration with Klaviyo was mandatory.
What made you decide to use Polar Analytics?
We did a complete benchmark. The strong integration with Shopify and the native integrations with all Ads channels & Klaviyo. Then, the review on the Shopify App Store showed us that we were doing the right choice.
Why Polar Analytics?
How are you using it?
Each team member is focused on a specific section; having all sections in one spot and one specific tab is really helpful.
Custom Metrics & Custom Reports are really useful. We are able to create any metric based on our specificities and include them in our reports.
Views are fundamental to breakdown our data by store.
What benefits and ROI did you observe with Polar Analytics?
We went from no reporting to heavy reporting. We are saving a lot of time thanks to a single tool where we do all our reporting.
We are actually understanding the performance of advertising & marketing. We are able to have high-level data and drill down into individual channel or retention campaigns.
Thanks to Polar, we are more reporting & results-driven from a marketing point of view.
